Since 2019, HomeSpotter has helped over 70,000 apartment seekers navigate Stockholm's first-hand contract market. We monitor tens of thousands of apartments from 200+ landlords around the clock. That gives us a unique view of the market that no one else has.

Every year, we compile our data into the Rental Report. The purpose is simple: give you a clear, fact-based picture of what first-hand contracts actually cost, where they are, and how fast they go. Every number comes from real listings. Nothing is estimated or modelled.
