Yes, all apartments we monitor are first-hand contracts from established landlords. You sign directly with the property owner and get full tenant protection and regulated rent.
Your monitoring starts immediately after registration. Most users receive their first tips within 48 hours. Our algorithm scans the market around the clock and notifies you via email or SMS as soon as a match appears.
There is no lock-in period. You can cancel your membership at any time, and it ends at the next billing cycle. You keep full access for the period you've already paid for.
